The new grain-free formula for seniors features extra fresh salmon and is perfectly tailored to the needs of cats from the age of 10 years. The reduced energy content helps to maintain an optimal figure. The composition with less phosphorus, sodium, and protein also protects the kidneys.
BELCANDO with snacks!
The new BELCANDO snack range is presented in two lines: Bities and Stripes—each with extra meat and available in five varieties: beef, chicken, duck, lamb, and horse. The Bities are practical, small bites suitable for dogs of all breeds. Each variety contains only one source of animal protein, making them ideal for dogs with related intolerances. The Stripes, on the other hand, are snack strips that can be fed whole or in small, self-portioned pieces. They additionally contain the valuable superfoods brewer's yeast, krill, and herbs, which can promote the well-being and vitality of the dog. All recipes are free from grains, sugar, and artificial colors and preservatives.

In the current times of high inflation rates, the needs of many customers are changing. To build up a new regular clientele with dog owners who are becoming increasingly price sensitive, BEWITAL petfood has developed the new BELCANDO Baseline product line together with specialist retail partners.
It rounds off the popular Super Premium range with dry and wet food in the medium price segment, without sacrificing the advantages that BELCANDO stands for: High-quality animal and vegetable components as well as special ingredients with real added value.

Top Product of the Year
Our dry food line LEONARDO fresh Meat has been awarded Top Product of the Year 2021/22 by the specialist retailers. "We are very pleased about this. The award is a confirmation that our unique production process with a lot of fresh meat is appreciated by our customers and an incentive for our team to continue on this path," explains Managing Director Dr. Jürgen Wigger.
For the second time, LEONARDO is allowed to accept the award. What's special: it is the result of a survey in which the entire german pet specialist retailers were called upon by pet, the trade magazine for the German-speaking pet industry.
We laid the foundation for this success with our unique manufacturing process, which makes it possible for the dry food to contain 85% fresh meat content. The use of special ingredients such as cranberries, chlorella algae, or chia seeds provides additional value for the cat.
